Welcome OIIR: This is you Blog.

This blog is a great way to:
- see what everyone's getting done in between official meeting;
- poll other units for queries about potential problems or opportunities;
- to make announcements and share good news or break bad news;
- to solicit help or get feedback for what you're thinking/working on!

Once you post the information you'll need to send an email out via the listserv, but it's a great way to collectively see what everyone's up to! So 'blog-on.'
